SEEKING: Public Health/Immunization/Vaccination Specialist

Evaluation of the Operationalization of Gavi’s Strategy through Gavi’s Policies, Programmatic Guidance, and Use of Funding Levers

Khulisa Management Services is seeking experienced Public Health/Immunization/Vaccination Specialists to provide local expertise on the Evaluation of the Operationalization of Gavi’s Strategy through Gavi’s Policies, Programmatic Guidance and Use of Funding Levers in multiple countries

This is a short-term consultancy position based in either Guyana, India, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania or Zambia and is contingent upon project award to Khulisa.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health or qualification as a Medical Doctor
• At least 8 years’ experience in public health
• At least 5 years’ experience conducting evaluations and performance monitoring activities
• Experience working in your country’s immunization program
• Experience working with your country’s Ministry of Health
• Experience in national health, particularly immunization, surveys
• Knowledge of the Gavi Alliance’s operations within the specific country
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (writing sample required)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
