Technical expertise in the following sectors: economic growth and development, health and education sectors, at-risk-youth, renewable sources energy, climate change and environment, HIV/AIDS and gender balance, empowerment, and inclusivity. Mostly on USAID programs/projects. Moreover, during the late 1980s, I taught in Spain for a period of five years, at which point my command of Spanish was strong; I would like to resume work in Spanish-speaking environments, and the Caribbean region, where I have been many times in the past, would be a great opportunity to restore my Spanish language proficiency and enjoy capacity building of public and private sector institutions.
