Quality Assurance and Accreditation Advisor
Duties:
- Support professional associations to provide technical assistance and training for quality assurance to facilitate/promote the scale up of high impact health programs in the private sector
- Develop and implement project quality assurance plan
- Support private health providers to obtain accreditation and registration
- Engage stakeholders to strengthen private health sector quality assurance systems
Qualifications:
- Degree in medicines, public health or related field
- 5+ years’ experience health sector development projects that have implemented successful activities in quality assurance, preferably in Benin
- Experience building capacity at individual and organizational levels
- Previous experience working in Benin with intimate understanding of local private health system and quality assurance gaps and opportunities and solid relationships at government agencies desired
- Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations
- Fluency in English and French
