Khulisa provided support to Family Health International (FHI) 360 on the Strategic HIV/AIDS and TB Response Program (SHARP) in Nigeria.  The program aimed to improve the quality and effectiveness of high-impact, evidence-based HIV/AIDS interventions to meet Nigeria’s goals and objectives at the state and local government area levels.  Khulisa led the implementation of two operations research (OR) studies. The objective was to answer key operations research questions related to the improvement of service delivery and strengthening health systems with an expanded effort with the Government of Nigeria (GON) in Bayelsa, Edo and Lagos States
