Khulisa seeks qualified, experienced candidates to serve in Mental Health and Psychological Support Specialist for Vulnerable Populations, Refugee and Displaced Persons (Mid-Senior level).
This is a short-term contract and candidates must be based in the United States. Preferred project experience in North and East Africa, Middle East, East Asia, and South America.
Requirements:
- Relevant Master’s Degree or higher;
- At least 7+ years working with refugees, internally displaced persons, conflict victims and vulnerable migrant or other as a mental health and psychosocial support expert/specialist, preferably work experience with UNHCR, UNICEF, IOM, ICRC, WHO or other international organizations;
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation or research assignments, including data collection and analysis (surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, observational analysis), and report writing
- Familiarity working with USG support programs, Department of State or USAID;
- Available for a short-term consultancy in a 10 months program starting on or about September 2021
