Khulisa was contracted by Management Sciences for Health to perform 37 activities for Global Fund Recipients and Country Coordination Mechanisms (CCMs) in 16 countries. Khulisa provided short-term technical assistance (STTA) for improving country-level oversight of Global Fund grants and strengthening Country Coordinating Mechanism’s (CCM) and Principal Recipient’s (PR’s) management systems around M&E.
Khulisa deployed over 1150 person days of STTA to Global Fund Recipients and CCMs. STTA focused on improving country-level oversight of Global Fund grants and strengthening CCM and Principal Recipient’s management (PRM) systems, requiring knowledge management and administrative expertise.
In all these assignments, Khulisa recruited and screened candidates (often highly specialized/technical experts) from across the globe; selected, deployed and managed STTA personnel; arranged logistics for travel; ensured timely deployment and continuous service provision, including tracking labor days, monitoring performance, and fulfilling all required and relevant support services. These staffing services often were (and continue to be) performed according to very quick turnaround requests for swift mobilization (6 weeks or less).
MSH noted that they would would recommend Khulisa due to “1. Quality of Khulisa deliverables 2.
