• Master’s or higher degree in economics, public policy, or relevant discipline
• 10+ years’ experience managing development projects in economic analysis, M&E, and economic growth
• Experience working in developing countries
• Familiarity with addressing gender equality in economic research and analysis
• Significant experience with USAID policies/procedures
• Experience with procurement, team management, and reporting
• Strong management, writing & interpersonal skills

 

Research Director

• Master’s or higher degree in economics, public policy, or relevant discipline
• 10+ years’ experience managing & conducting economic analyses and evaluations
• Extensive knowledge experience with causal model development; experimental, quasi-experimental & nonexperimental evaluation methods & quantitative data analysis
• Experience with integration of qualitative data into quantitative analyses
• Published work in journals or significant policy papers
• Experience with USAID policies/procedures

 

M&E and Analysis Specialist

• Master’s or higher degree in economics, public policy, or relevant discipline
• Experience with causal model development, monitoring, impact evaluations, data collection methods, and evaluation of development projects
• Experience with various analysis and evaluation methodologies, monitoring tools, and data management information systems
• Familiarity with USAID policies/procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, and project management skills required

Economist

• Relevant Master’s degree
• Experience with causal model development, quantitative & qualitative M&E methodologies, single- and multi-country impact evaluations and relevant data collection methods
• Experience with various analysis methodologies, monitoring tools, and data management information
• Macroeconomic, cost-benefit, domestic resource cost,  public financial management and/or cost-effectiveness analyses; randomized controlled trials or inclusive growth diagnostics experience
• Familiarity with USAID policies/procedures
