Our clients usually give us feedback on draft evaluations and other reports in comments embedded in the MSWord report. We use DocTools ExtractData ,a free MS Word plug-in to extract comments into a separate matrix in seconds, which allows us to share with clients how we have addressed or otherwise thought about each comment. The tool also create acronym lists!
