The Stakeholder Analysis Section of the toolkit has a stakeholder analysis guide, an interview guide, and templates for short-term and long-term stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholder engagement is crucial throughout all phases of an evaluation to ensure the evaluation’s findings are useable and actionable for the people involved.
