Our most recent blog post describes Khulisa’s first year managing the Peace Through Evaluation, Learning and Adaptation (PELA II) activity for the U.S. Agency for International Development’s West Africa Mission (USAID/WA). One of the main objectives of PELA II is coordinating collaboration, learning, and adaptation (CLA) activities for partners working to achieve democracy, peace, and stability across the USAID/WA portfolio.

Aniefiok Dominic Effiong, the CLA Specialist for Khulisa’s PELA II team, recently published an article in the USAID Learning Lab about the importance of communication in CLA. The article takes a close look at what CLA actually is, and how a specific, intentional focus on communication is essential for engaging project stakeholders, improving collaboration, and creating a dynamic learning environment.

For more on the important role of communication in CLA, and how to achieve effective communication in a large development project, read Aniefiok’s full article. And to learn more about Khulisa’s work on PELA II, read our blog post.
