ISE4GEMs is a lengthy acronym for Inclusive Systemic Evaluation for Gender equality, Environments and Marginalized voices. And although it may sound like a mouthful, this evaluation approach, released by UN Women’s evaluation office, speaks to the heart of evaluating with a gender equity lens in the SDG era. This new guide sheds light on the ISE4GEMs approach.
