Contribution Rubrics combines elements of Outcome Harvesting and Process Tracing to measure how good the evidence is underpinning the contribution to that outcome.  This rubric is useful to evaluators as a method to measure the evidence of the reported outcomes (either intended or unanticipated outcomes).
