Our latest blog looks at Khulisa’s growing expertise in performance audits, referencing a multi-sectoral nutrition programme being implemented at provincial, district, and sub-district level. 2. Capacity and availability of human resources
  3. Adequacy of tools used for collecting and reporting data (whether electronic or paper)
  4. Procedures around data collection, aggregation, manipulation and reporting. Linkage between existing systems to avoid duplications of efforts
  5. Accuracy of data reported
  6. Extent of data use in decision making
