Khulisa loved participating in the LEGO Foundation’s Play Activity last week!

LEGO asked all partners to get their creative juices flowing and paint a canvas that was sent to all partners in a prepacked box. The canvas had some pre-printed markings on it, and partners had to colour in the lines with any colours or patterns of their choice. The final product forms part of a larger artwork that will be displayed by the Foundation.

What a creative way to get stakeholders to work together as smaller parts of a bigger whole. The event was rich in engagement, creativity and teamwork. Often we forget that the part we play adds to a greater picture, and each part is critical to achieve success. Perhaps there are some applications for this technique with beneficiary communities in evaluation?
