Chief of Party (COP) and Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
The COP will coordinate and ultimately be responsible for results under this activity and primary liaison with USAID/Zambia and NFNC on technical matters. The COP will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and the overall responsiveness of TA provided under the Contract.
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree;
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and implementing large international development projects with similar depth and complexity to this RFP; and,
- Demonstrated experience working in partnership with host governments, international donors, and implementing partners.
Deputy Chief of Party
Reports to the COP in activity implementation and management. The DCOP will take over leadership and oversight of the activity in the absence of the COP. Responsible for coordinating the various technical experts and aligns them to NFNC and all the program activities.
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in stunting prevention; and,
- Demonstrated progressive experience working in partnership with community-based organizations and other stakeholders.
