Khulisa recently secured an Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) USAID contract to provide technical and advisory support to development programs in 14 Southern African countries. The Monitoring and Evaluation to Collaborate, Learn, Adapt, and Knowledge Management (MECLAK) contract comprises a Consortium of partners including Management Systems International (MSI) as US sub-contractor, and four South African project partners, including BRIDGE, Benita Williams Evaluation Consultants Thunderbay Collective and Weber Shandwick Africa.


The projects cover the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
