On 6 March 2018, Khulisa held a workshop to kick off the 5-year USAID-funded Practical Education Research for Optimal Reading and Management: Analyze, Collaborate, Evaluate (PERFORMANCE) contract.
The contract will fulfil three objectives, which include conducting research and evaluations, making recommendations for viable future education sector activities, and strengthening the community of practice around primary grade literacy and language education in Southern Africa. The findings will be used to design and refine future USAID-funded education programming.
Our international partner is the RTI International with three local sub-partners; Research on Socioeconomic Policy (ReSEP) at Stellenbosch University, Benita Williams Evaluation Consultants, and BRIDGE.
