The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Learning Lab – a free resource filled with information about monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) – includes a Research Translation Toolkit, which we wrote about in a recent #EvalTuesdayTip on stakeholder analysis.
The Research Translation Toolkit also includes a free Communication Products Section: “A step-by-step guide to help researchers and evaluators strategically communicate research insights or technical innovation to different audiences in an accessible, compelling way.” The Communication Products Section has many great resources, including worksheets on how to craft messages, tips on how to write accessibly, and outlines for fact sheets and policy briefs.
To get the most out of the Communication Products Section, USAID Learning Labs recommends downloading all of the section’s files into a single folder on your computer. Happy communicating!
