USAID/West Africa has assigned Khulisa to conduct the Baseline Analysis for the United States Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability (SPCPS) in Coastal West Africa. Implemented by Peace through Evaluation, Learning, and Adaptation Activity II (PELA II), this initiative covers Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, and Togo.

In support of this analysis, PELA II has organized training sessions for local research organizations (ROs) in these countries. Participants and facilitators were engaged in the Accra workshop in July 2024 and the Abidjan workshop in August 2024. Data collection is ongoing.  Kudos to the dedicated individuals involved in this impactful initiative.
